AAHARA is an electric appliance built around one idea: heat a natural clay pot slowly and evenly ā the way a low, steady fire would ā without anyone needing to watch it for hours.
Clay is a poor conductor of heat compared to metal. Heat it unevenly, or too quickly, and it can crack from thermal shock. So the real challenge behind AAHARA was never "how do you heat clay" ā it was "how do you heat clay evenly, without damaging it." AAHARA's insulated heating chamber and cyclic heating control were designed to answer exactly that question, and together they form the subject of AAHARA's patent-pending technology (Indian Patent Application No. 202511081755).
The electric base houses an insulated chamber that surrounds the clay pot. Instead of applying direct, uneven heat to one spot, it warms the pot gradually across its surface.
Rather than heating continuously, AAHARA cycles its heating element on and off in controlled intervals. This keeps the clay at a gentle, steady temperature and avoids the sudden temperature swings that cause cracking.
AAHARA's control panel includes a push button that resets the internal cooking timer. Press it every time a Slow Mode cook begins, so the full 168-minute cycle starts correctly. If power is interrupted mid-cook, the timer resumes from where it stopped rather than restarting at zero ā pressing the push button again once power returns resets it properly.
